Production Department Supervisor/Helper – Diamond Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our diamond manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will supervise production teams, ensure smooth workflow across all production stages, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets while ensuring the secure handling of diamonds.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work across production teams.
- Coordinate workflow between departments such as Planning, Assorting, Polishing, Quality Control, and Dispatch.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and supervise production employees.
- Allocate manpower based on production priorities and workloads.
- Train recent employees and support ongoing skill development.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
