We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gurgaon, ideal for freshers and undergraduates with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Meet performance and quality metrics
