About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Commission Agents to promote and sell our products across India. This is a fully remote chance, ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, networking, and building customer relationships.

As a Sales Agent, you will identify potential customers, explain product benefits, generate sales, and contribute to the company's growth. You will receive product training, sales guidance, and marketing support to help you succeed.

This role offers unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Promote and sell the company's products to individual and business customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities through personal networking, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Customer Engagement

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with prospective customers until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Training & Product Knowledge

- Attend mandatory online and offline product and sales training sessions conducted by the company.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Reporting





- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and completed sales.
- Submit periodic sales updates as required.
- Coordinate with the company's sales support team for order processing and customer assistance.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, direct selling, retail sales, field sales, telecalling, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.

Compensation:

- Attractive commission on every successful sale.
