Outright Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and organized HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, Business Admin Processes and and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Support Engineering Team with Admin Support on various business process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and performance processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Assist in training coordination and HR reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 0–1 years of experience in HR & Admin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and business practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Experience in Engineering recruitment is a plus
