Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Services Support (GSS) team. The role involves supporting technical operations, process optimization, project coordination, ERP management, and technical documentation within the aerospace/mechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define purchasing and outsourcing solutions based on technical requirements
- Coordinate with approved suppliers and manage purchase orders
- Create and maintain BOMs and manufacturing ranges
- Update ERP data including items, tools, documents, and nomenclatures
- Provide technical support during subcontracted manufacturing
- Validate technical specifications and modifications with quality/design teams
- Support workshops with technical documentation

Process & Project Management:





- Contribute to process improvement and standardization
- Prepare technical/process documentation
- Support and train regional teams
- Coordinate cross-functional and international projects
- Monitor project progress, risks, reports, and dashboards

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support/engineering industry
- Knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic systems
- Experience with ERP, BOM, technical documentation, and process optimization
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies is an added advantage
- Good English communication skills.
