Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and the procurement/warehouse departments.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Handle order documentation, delivery follow-ups, and after-sales coordination.
- Support the sales team with reports, pricing, and product information.
- Respond to customer emails and calls professionally and promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales / Sales Support, preferably in an industrial, technical, or B2B products setting.
- Familiarity with industrial automation or electrical/mechanical products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
