- Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritize tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to track progress on ongoing activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Marketing Executives to ensure deadlines and business objectives are met.
- Follow up with departments and prepare regular progress reports for the CEO.
- Improve operational processes and establish effective systems to increase productivity.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure accountability across teams.
- Assist the CEO with administrative, operational, and strategic assignments as required.
