Key Responsibilities
1. Video Content Creation (Primary Role)

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short-form videos.
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, attention-grabbing content.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, animations, and subtitles.
- Develop educational videos, testimonials, product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.
- Create compelling hooks that maximize watch time and audience retention.

2. Video Editing

Strong proficiency in one or more of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Canva Pro
- Final Cut Pro (optional)

Responsibilities include:

- Color correction and grading
- Audio enhancement and sound design
- Motion graphics and animated typography
- Platform-specific video optimization (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)

3. Social Media & Content Strategy

- Research trending content and viral formats daily.
- Identify trending audio, transitions, and editing styles.
- Adapt trends while maintaining the Wig-O-Mania brand identity.
- Understand social media algorithms and audience behavior.

4. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Assist with campaign planning and content calendars.

5. Graphic Design

Create:

- Reel covers and thumbnails
- Carousel posts
- Social media graphics
- Posters and promotional creatives
- Marketing banners using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

6. Analytics & Performance

Track and improve:

- Video views
- Audience retention
- Watch time
- Reach
- Engagement rate
- Follower growth
- Click-through rate (CTR)

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

7. Competitor & Trend Research

- Monitor competitor content.
- Analyze viral videos and emerging trends.
- Suggest fresh creative ideas regularly.
- Stay updated with the latest social media features and AI tools.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio featuring Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok videos.
- Excellent storytelling and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, audience psychology, and retention.




- Knowledge of copyright-safe music and trending audio.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in beauty, fashion, healthcare, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Basic photography and videography.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and composition.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media analytics.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Produce high-quality Reels and Shorts consistently.
- Increase social media reach and engagement month over month.
- Improve watch time and audience retention.
- Grow followers and subscribers across platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through content.
- Deliver creative assets on schedule while maintaining quality.
