Job Description – Accounts Officer

About the Role

Renown Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to manage accounting functions across our India and West Africa operations. The role offers exposure to manufacturing accounts, international accounting, multi-currency transactions, MIS reporting, and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting for India and Africa entities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reports.
- Perform bank, debtor, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Maintain GST, TDS, petty cash, and statutory accounting records.
- Support audits, compliance, and import/export documentation.
- Assist in ERP implementation, data migration, and process documentation.
- Monitor receivables, cash flow, and financial performance across group companies.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- CA Inter or MBA Finance (Preferred)

Experience

- 3–6 years in Manufacturing,



Trading, Pharmaceutical, or Export-Import accounting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, MIS Reports).
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting.
- Good written and spoken English.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- ERP exposure (SAP Business One, Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of Forex accounting and multi-currency transactions.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry.
