Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self driven Assistant Manager – US Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with US standards.
- High-Pressure Performance: Deliver results under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Required Skills

- Excellent English Communication – both verbal and written.




- Flexibility for Night Shifts – ability to adapt to US time zones.
- Self-Starter Attitude – proactive and independent in driving initiatives.
- Leadership Experience – minimum 3 years in an international contact center environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- American Payroll Knowledge – familiarity with US payroll systems and practices.
- Tax Knowledge – understanding of US tax regulations related to payroll.
