We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills





- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hiring for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skill.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
