About Us

Save Planet Pty Ltd is a leading Australian company specializing in energy-efficient solutions, including solar systems, battery storage, hot water systems, and air conditioning. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for confident English-speaking telecallers to connect with Australian customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian residential customers.
- Introduce our energy-saving products and government rebate programs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Australian sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Follow call scripts while communicating naturally and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
- Solid communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.




- Comfortable working Australian business hours.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Australian, UK, or US voice processes.
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
- Knowledge of solar, air conditioning, or energy products is an advantage (training will be provided).
