Divine Landcraft LLP is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with a strong background in the Real Estate Industry. Only candidates with Real Estate recruitment experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, CRM, HR, Admin, and other business functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the complete onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience in the Real Estate Industry (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.

Eligibility

- Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
