Position: Retail Marketing Executive / Business Development
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowances (Bike & a valid DL are mandate)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our retail network. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, business development, and field marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and grow new business opportunities through Field Work.
- Onboard retailers and build long-term relationships.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales activities.
- Execute retail marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate billing and sell-out activities with retailers.
- Manage key client and account relationships.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to support sales and business expansion.
- Perform project mapping and generate new sales leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Mandate Skills:
- Min of 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Building Materials, Electrical, or MEP industries.
- Must travel for field sales and client meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
