Job Summary

WeShine Academy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable TNPSC General Studies (GS) Faculty to train students preparing for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, Group IV, VAO, and other Tamil Nadu Government competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on TNPSC General Studies.
- Teach subjects including History, Geography, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Science, Current Affairs, Environment, and Tamil Nadu-specific topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and answer-writing techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and current affairs.




- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC General Studies syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience for TNPSC examinations is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
- Fluency in Tamil; English communication skills are an added advantage.
