We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and managing offer rollouts and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
- Basic MS Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
