Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with a solid understanding of social media management and copywriting. The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling content, write engaging captions and marketing copy, manage social media platforms, and contribute to building Abby Lighting's brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content, including static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling, creative, and persuasive copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, product launches, and marketing communications.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone of voice and messaging.
- Manage Abby Lighting's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.




- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong command of written English.
- Ability to write engaging captions, campaign copy, product descriptions, website content, blogs, and email marketing content.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and brand communication.
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
