Senior SAP IBP Supply Lead (Order-Based Planning)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP IBP Supply Lead to lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP Supply & Response (Order-Based Planning) solutions using the Harmonized Planning Area. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on implementation experience leading end-to-end SAP IBP Supply projects, driving solution design, and delivering scalable planning solutions for complex supply chain environments.

This role requires a seasoned functional leader who can lead the Supply workstream, engage with business stakeholders, define best-practice planning processes, and guide project teams through the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP IBP Supply & Response (Order-Based Planning).
- Design and configure SAP IBP solutions leveraging the Harmonized Planning Area and SAP best practices.
- Lead business workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Drive solution architecture for supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure and optimize key Order-Based Planning capabilities, including supply planning, response planning, pegging, prioritization, allocations, and order confirmations.
- Design and validate complex planning scenarios, including subcontracting, drop shipment, external procurement, in-house production, stock transfers, and intercompany supply.
- Lead functional design, testing, data validation, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planning, PP/DS, aATP, S/4HANA, and integration teams, to deliver an end-to-end planning solution.
- Lead and mentor the SAP IBP Supply team, providing functional guidance, design governance, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5+ years specializing in SAP IBP Supply.
- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP IBP Supply & Response (Order-Based Planning) implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading the SAP IBP Supply workstream for large-scale or global implementations.

- Strong understanding of supply planning master data, planning models, and end-to-end supply planning processes.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, including production, procurement, inventory, sales, and manufacturing processes.
- Robust workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, solution design, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead solution design discussions and provide functional leadership to consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP IBP certification.
- Experience RTI integration.
- Experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning or end-to-end Integrated Business Planning solutions.
- Experience leading global template, multi-country, or multi-site SAP IBP implementations.
- Strong consulting, communication, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
