About the Role

ARROX India. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, audience engagement, social media marketing, and the use of AI tools to enhance content and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos.

- Write captions, hashtags, and social media copy for different campaigns using creative and AI-assisted tools.

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and followers.

- Coordinate with the graphic design, video editing, and content teams.

- Track performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content ideas, and AI-driven marketing tools.

- Assist in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram)



and Google advertising campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.

- Solid writing and communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.

- Understanding of Meta Business Suite, content planning, social media analytics, and basic AI tools.

- Experience in social media management is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with strong skills are also welcome.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Basic photo and video editing skills.

- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.

- Creative thinking, trend awareness, and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.

Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
