- Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online B2B platforms.
- Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, or Online Sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, MS Office, and CRM tools is an advantage.
