Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing remote team. This is a part-time work-from-home role for candidates who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and business development.

As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with potential customers, promote our services, generate sales opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Schedule appointments with interested prospects
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients
- Convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
- Assist with other official business-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls, including cold calls
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
- Professional phone etiquette




- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have your own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection
- A quiet workspace to make and receive customer calls during working hours.
- Ability to work towards monthly sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
