Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Chlor-Alkali Plant

Job Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

Maintain pumps, motors, compressors, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment.

Diagnose equipment faults and perform timely repairs.

Support plant shutdown, turnaround, and commissioning activities.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW, LOTO, and PPE requirements.

Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with operations for equipment availability.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade.

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a Chlor-Alkali, Caustic Soda, or Chemical Process Plant.

Knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, and industrial maintenance practices.

Willing to work in rotating shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
