Position : VMC - Shop Floor Supervisor

Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily production as per schedule and prioritize work to meet delivery
- Allocate jobs to VMC operators and ensure optimum machine utilization
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process parameters
- Resolve shop floor issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure proper use of tools, cutters, fixtures and gauges
- Maintain production records and report performance to management
- Ensure implementation of 5S, safety and shop floor discipline
- Train, guide and develop team members to improve skills and productivity

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in a VMC machining environment
- Experience in leading a team in a precision engineering or manufacturing industry

Qualification

- Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Production)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
