About This Role

You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are:

- Planned right
- Executed smoothly
- Delivered on time with high quality

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Campaign Execution

- Own complete execution lifecycle:
- Campaign planning
- Brief understanding
- Task structuring
- Execution via community
- Final delivery

2. Client Servicing

- Act as the primary point of contact for brands
- Manage:

- - Expectations
- - Timelines
- - Updates

- Build strong, long-term brand relationships

3. Cross-Team Coordination

- Work closely with:

- - Partnerships Team
- - Community team (student execution)
- - Platform team
- - CRM team (user engagement)

4. Execution Management

- Manage:

- - Campaign timelines
- - Deliverables
- - Quality control

- Ensure campaigns are executed at scale with consistency
- Ensure clear communication and smooth ground-level execution

6. Problem Solving & Escalation Handling

- Handle:

- - Delays
- - Execution gaps
- - Client escalations

- Take quick decisions to keep campaigns on track

Key Metrics You’ll Own

- Campaign delivery timelines (on-time %)
- Task completion rates
- Campaign success metrics (as per brief)




- Client satisfaction / repeat business
- Execution efficiency at scale

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:

- 2-4 years experience in:
- Operations / Campaign execution / Client servicing
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication (client-facing + internal)

Positive to Have:
Experience in:

- Influencer marketing / community marketing
- Agency or startup environment

Familiarity with:

- Excel / dashboards / tracking tools
