- PCB assembly understanding
- Reflow profiling knowledge
- AOI/SPI operation knowledge
- IPC standards awareness
- Basic electronics knowledge
- MS Excel and reporting skills

1. SMT Machine Programming

- Create and optimize programs for SMT machines such as:
- Pick & Place Machines
- SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)
- AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
- Reflow Oven
- Screen Printer
- Prepare feeder setup and component mapping.
- Generate machine data from Gerber/BOM/Centroid files.
- Perform offline and online programming activities.
- Validate first-off PCB assembly before mass production.

2. Production Support

- Support daily SMT production activities.
- Ensure smooth line operation with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with operators for correct machine setup.
- Monitor machine utilization and production output.
- Achieve production targets as per planning schedule.

3. Process Control & Optimization

- Optimize cycle time and improve productivity.
- Reduce component wastage and machine stoppages.
- Control solder paste printing quality.




- Monitor placement accuracy and reflow profiles.
- Implement process improvements for better yield.
- Ensure PCB assembly quality as per IPC standards.
- Support AOI defect analysis and rejection reduction.
- Maintain process parameters and quality records.
- Conduct first article inspection (FAI).
- Participate in customer audits and quality improvements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain machine programs and backup data.
- Prepare production and rejection reports.
- Update process sheets, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Maintain traceability records and engineering documents.

7. Recent Product Introduction (NPI)

- Support trial runs for new PCB assemblies.
- Review Gerber, BOM, and stencil requirements.
- Conduct process validation for new products.
- Coordinate with design and quality teams during product launch.

8. Training & Team Coordination

- Train SMT operators and line technicians.
- Guide operators on setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with:
- Production
- Quality
- Maintenance
- Stores
- Planning teams

Should be able speak English ,Kannada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
