Role Overview:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing accounting, compliance, and financial operations across Retail and Fintech business verticals. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian taxation, multi-entity accounting, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting and compliance activities across Retail and Fintech business operations.
- Maintain books of accounts, perform reconciliations, and support monthly closing processes.
- Manage industry-specific accounting for retail commissions, payouts, returns, and fintech products such as Digital Gold & Silver, Mutual Funds, Loan Against Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
- Manage GST and TDS compliance including filings, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations regularly.
- Coordinate with banks for operational activities including accounts, KYC, mandates, and cheque processing.
- Use Miracle software for accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance management.
- Track and reconcile inter-company transactions across entities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, salary accounting,



and incentive calculations.
- Coordinate with Office, HR, and Operations teams for payroll inputs, commission tracking, revenue clarifications, and expense approvals.
- Work closely with the Chartered Accountant for statutory filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized financial records and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation regulations.
- Knowledge of compliance norms related to Retail/Marketplace, and Fintech sectors (MF, Digital Gold & Silver, LAMF, Bonds, FDs).
- Hands-on experience with Miracle or any other industry-accepted accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience handling GST, TDS, banking operations, and payroll basics.
- Ability to manage accounting for multiple companies simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong documentation discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand workplace.
- Prior experience in retail or fintech accounting preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
