Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound CRM leads & student enquiries
- Conduct counselling sessions & course demos
- Guide students on career opportunities in IT
- Follow up and convert walk-ins into admissions

Skills Required:

- Strong communication in English, Marathi & Hindi
- Confidence in calling & face-to-face counselling
- Interest in EdTech, sales & student guidance
- Basic awareness of IT courses is a plus
