About the Role

At Inspacco, we're building a solid network of service partners across India. As an Assistant Sourcing Manager (ASM), you'll play an important role in finding the right partners, managing lead generation activities, coordinating the calling team, and ensuring a steady pipeline of quality partners.

What You'll Do

- Source new partner leads through different online and offline channels.
- Plan and run sourcing campaigns to generate quality partner leads.
- Manage and support the calling team by assigning daily lead data.
- Track follow-ups and ensure every lead is properly managed.
- Schedule partner meetings for the Partner Development team across different zones.
- Maintain daily MIS, reports, and sourcing data using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.




- Work closely with the Partner Development, Operations, and Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor sourcing performance and suggest improvements to achieve hiring and onboarding goals.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Recruitment, Vendor/Partner Acquisition, Inside Sales, or Supply Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and can work in a fast-moving startup environment.
