Job Summary
Assist the Branch Manager in handling daily branch operations, business development, collections, customer service, and staff supervision to achieve branch targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support branch business and collection activities.
- Monitor daily operations and customer service.
- Assist in loan processing, verification, and documentation.
- Supervise branch staff and ensure discipline.
- Follow up overdue accounts and recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in NBFC/Banking sector.
- Experience in operations and team handling preferred.
Location : Kombara Junction Kochi.
Time : 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sunday off.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
