Sapthora is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences to students worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily sales and operational activities.
- Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.




- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Business Development (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in US night shift hours.
