About the Role

West Avenue Realty is looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for real estate projects.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle project accounting, budgeting, cost control, and revenue recognition.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, receivables, and financial controls.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team while driving process improvements.

Qualifications





- MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CA Inter preferred.
- 8–12 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in financial reporting, MIS, project accounting, and audits.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books/QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
