We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Interior Designer & Mid level Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality and smooth execution. The ideal candidate should have strong client communication skills, site execution experience, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design process from concept to execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to plans
- Select materials, finishes, and products as per project needs
- Manage client meetings, presentations, and relationship building
- Follow up with fresh leads and convert them into confirmed projects
- Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and oversee project handover

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior design
- Strong skills in client handling and project management
- Positive Communication & Presentation Skill
- Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
