- Station Cleanliness: Keep the espresso machine, counter, and seating areas clean and fully stocked.
- Inventory Control: Monitor milk, coffee bean, and syrup supplies, reporting shortages to the manager.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily sales targets, manage staff schedules, and handle customer complaints.
- Food Preparation: Assemble sandwiches, plate pastries, and prepare light kitchen orders.
