You will be the person a family trusts while they decide where their child spends the next decade. That takes warmth, patience and real belief in what valuable education looks like.

What you will do

- Guide families from first enquiry, through campus visit, to a confident decision
- Lead campus tours that tell our story honestly and memorably
- Own your pipeline: follow up thoughtfully, never pushily, and turn genuine interest into enrolment
- Hear the real hesitation behind a family’s first objection — and answer it with substance,



not scripts
- Work closely with leadership on what is converting and what is not

You will thrive here if you

- Communicate beautifully in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Have 2+ years in a relationship-driven, considered-purchase setting — education, premium services, healthcare, or real estate
- Listen far more than you pitch
- Stay organised across dozens of live family conversations without letting one slip
- Are comfortable with numbers and a CRM — we watch our funnel closely
- Believe children deserve more than a coaching mill
