About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, influencer marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute viral Reels and Shorts strategies, including content ideation, hooks, scripting, editing coordination, and publishing.
- Write engaging captions, video scripts, and marketing copy in both English and Hinglish.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing teams and review creatives before publishing.
- Identify, onboard, and manage micro and mid-tier influencers to execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze weekly and monthly social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, social media trends, and emerging content formats to improve performance.




- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions across social platforms.
- Conduct regular trend research and apply consumer psychology to create high-performing content strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and content management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills in English and Hinglish.
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of short-form video trends and social media best practices.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid coordination, planning, and project management skills.
