Job Description: Promotion Executive
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Promotion Executive to bridge the gap between brand vision and market execution. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility through a mix of offline ground activities and digital content creation. This role requires a "feet-on-the-street" approach, working closely with the sales team while maintaining a strong digital presence through social media campaigns and video production.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Offline Activation & Sales CoordinationOn-Ground Execution: Plan and coordinate BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and in-store promotions.Sales Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and the sales team to ensure promotional activities align with sales targets.Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits to monitor brand health, identify recent promotional opportunities, and build relationships with retailers.
2. Digital Marketing & Content CreationSocial Media Management: Assist in planning and executing online campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Video Production:



Lead the end-to-end process of creating promotional videos, including shooting on-site and basic video editing for social media reels and advertisements.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital trends to ensure brand content remains relevant and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile/camera video shooting and video editing software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media algorithms and campaign management.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and on-site event coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
