As an Accounts & Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase/sales entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and external consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter,



or CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Freshers with excellent accounting knowledge and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
