 Assist to Implement the QA/QC management systems at company Level, across all sites

 Assistant to Prepare and implement quality SOPs and Checklists.

 Coordinate with all the stakeholders for conducting of Quality Audits, prepare quality

Audits schedules and conduct audits successfully at sites

 Coordinate with Contracts and Construction head for resolution of Vendor queries

during Tendering

 Coordinate with the Site In charge and Contractor’s representative on all quality

matters at site

 Coordinate with all stake holders at site for implementation of Best Construction

practices so that Quality is maintained at site.

 Prepare and implement valuable construction methodologies as per company SOPs, and

best industry standards.

 Coordinate with all the stakeholders at site to maintain quality Records

 Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes

and standards

 Participate in the site internal and external site audits

 Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors





 Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled

 Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action

 Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses

 Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC

Inspectors and Engineers

 Prepare, Monitor and implement the approved site QC Plan

 Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the

customer

 Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues

 Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project’s contractors

QC personnel

 Elaborating inspection and test programs

 Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are as per current status

and as per safety standards of company.

6. Education: BE- B.Tech.

7. Work Experience: 7-8 years in Real Estate

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
