Role Purpose
Lead operational health assessment, administration review and infrastructure benchmarking for enterprise Windchill environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assess DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environments.
Review Method Servers, File Vaults, Queues, Index Search and Scheduler.
Analyze JVM, CPU, Memory, GC and system utilization.
Assess database health, backups, DR readiness and patch levels.
Benchmark operational KPIs across four regions.
Document operational risks and recommend improvements.
