We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking shipments, coordinating with internal teams, resolving POD-related issues, and ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Prepare and process customer billing for Tata Motors and Mahindra shipments after successful verification and clearance of the E-POD (Electronic Proof of Delivery).
- Track loaded shipments and proactively coordinate with the Tracking team to report any transit delays or exceptions.
- Coordinate with drivers, dealers, and transport partners to resolve POD-related discrepancies before billing.
- Verify billing documents for accuracy and ensure timely invoice generation as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate billing records and update billing data in the ERP/Excel system.
- Follow up on pending E-PODs to ensure billing is completed within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth and error-free billing processes.
- Prepare daily billing reports, pending POD reports, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure compliance with customer billing guidelines and company policies while maintaining billing accuracy.
- Resolve billing-related queries and support customers and internal stakeholders whenever required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
