Senior HR Recruiter – N D Savla & Associates (NDSA)
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2+ years | Full time
We're hiring a Senior HR Recruiter for a role that's 80% recruitment and 20% HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and offer-to-joining process
- Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR ops tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5-2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with job portals
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
