Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a specific branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving branch targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The manager will also be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and compliance within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various financial products and services.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers,



identifying their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills within the team.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the branch's customer base and market share.
- Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all sales activities and branch operations comply with relevant banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
