- Implement and maintain QMS as per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Assist Management Representative (MR) in audit preparation and compliance activities.
- Handle documentation, records, and control of QMS processes.
- Coordinate and support third-party audits, customer audits, and internal audits.
- Prepare audit reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor process compliance in production, especially springs manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 and IAFT 16949 management systems.

Required Skills





- Positive knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 , standards.
- Understanding of internal and external audit processes.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to prepare and maintain quality records and reports.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Automobile manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
