Job Objective
Designing and release of format parts as per SO. Keeping in view FTR aspect as well as priority. Maintain all Format Parts related data. Throughout support to all stakeholders right from order received till dispatch of Format Parts. Extended support in case of issues at customer end in supplied Format Parts.
Primary ResponsibilitiesTactical
- Scheduling and prioritisation of orders as per business need.
- Design Format Parts, drawing generation/ preparation with all required information. Uploading drawings in SAP.
- Maintain data for future reference.
Functional
- Checking Approved drawings & SO received from sales in GE.
- If incomplete information, resends it to sales/marketing to gather required information from the customer.
- Managing IN/OUT on the number of FP orders, planning & prioritization for urgencies for FP orders.
- Coordinating with PPC for express delivery.
- Study the complete requirement, retrieve information of past similar orders.
- Scope/Variant creation for current machine models.
- Preparation for data of customer specific requirement.
- Checking of tablet locking for feeding criticality and feeding parts design.
- Format Part design for deep draw forming e.g. Ampoule, Vial, Syringe, Special shape products.
- Trouble shooting during Manufacturing,
Assembly & Testing.
- Ensure timely Design release for production drafting of part models to be completed either in Auto CAD or 3D modelling software.
- Participate in OTM with CFT & intimate about order criticality and gather the information about past learning from CFT on similar orders.
- Discussion with CFT for critical FP Order, Critical feeding, customer special requirement and for requirements crossing machine limitations.
- Informing sales/Marketing through email in case of any development against feeding, machine limitation, etc. against the requirement/Blister format drawing.
- Support for customer complaints.
Key Result Areas
- Format Parts design within average 2 days for regular Format Parts.
- Average 4 days for critical Format Parts.
- Achieve Weekly, Monthly, Yearly targets for all Format part design activities.
- Scaling up capacity as per business requirement.
Competency
- Knowledge of format Part design.
- Knowledge of Blister Format drawing reading.
- Product knowledge (Blister machine & Format parts).
- Knowledge of Assembly, testing & manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
Educational and Experience RequirementsMinimum Requirement
- Level of Education: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 4 to 6 years.
