Purpose of the role:
The position has been created to enable transparent focus on target achievement of OD numbers & manage collection of all buckets of the Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed.




- Enable the collection team to achieve high performance and be a team player.
- Build and nurture the team & enable them to achieve high performance.
- Ensure loan portfolio is maintained by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments.
- Manage hard bucket collection of the branch.
- Manage soft bucket cases through Relationship Officer Receivable Executives.
- Handle follow-up of cheque/ECS bounce cases and NPDC delay cases.
- Focus on NPA account collection.
- Ensure the process of repo vehicle is followed.

Desired Experience:

- 5 to 10 years.
- Type of companies/sector worked for: Private commercial banks and large NBFCs.
- Responsibilities managed in previous organizations: Primarily Collection function, with past experience on the collection side of CV.
- Languages: Applicants should preferably be from the same area and should speak, read, and write the local language.
- Computer/technical skills: Basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Graduation: (Any Stream BA/BCOM/BBA/SSC)
- Post-graduation: (MBA would be an added advantage)
- Professional Qualifications: Any would be an added advantage.
- Certifications: Any would be an added advantage.
