Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of recent tubeless tyre products and technologies while enhancing existing product portfolios based on customer claims, market requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Plant Operations, Testing, Commercial, and Corporate functions to drive new product development, technology innovation, and successful product launches.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor benchmarking, and product performance to support New Product Development (NPD), Value Analysis & Value Engineering (VAVE), and technology advancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with testing and field teams to plan, execute, and validate laboratory and field trials, ensuring product performance meets quality, safety, and customer expectations.
- Monitor product performance, market acceptance, profitability, and competitive positioning,



and work with manufacturing and technology teams to implement corrective and improvement actions.
- Drive project execution by ensuring adherence to development timelines, resolving technical challenges proactively, and supporting business growth through efficient project management.
- Provide technical support for OEM homologation, certification, and other strategic business initiatives while promoting standardization, digitalization, and continuous enhancement of engineering capabilities.
- Ensure timely product certification and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and industry standards through effective coordination with certification and homologation teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in truck radial tyre development and manufacturing, with solid expertise in tubeless tyre technology.
- In-depth knowledge of tyre design, manufacturing processes, product validation, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering design principles.
