Placement Manager

Company: Skill Circle (Ed Tech)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, corporate's, startups, and recruitment agencies.

Generate placement opportunities for students across Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX, AI, and other Skill Circle programs.

Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, assessments, and offer management.

Organise campus drives, virtual hiring events, and employer engagement programs.

Track student placement readiness and collaborate with trainers to improve employ ability skills.

Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, communication skills, and career planning.

Ensure timely placement of eligible students while meeting monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Maintain an updated database of recruiters, job openings, student profiles, and placement records.

Collect employer feedback and work with internal teams to continuously enhance student outcomes.

Prepare placement reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.

Build long-term partnerships with companies for internships, live projects,



and full-time hiring opportunities.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends and identify new opportunities for student placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or business development (Ed Tech experience preferred).

Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Strong organisational, reporting, and coordination abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Monthly and quarterly student placement numbers.

Number of active hiring partners on boarded.

Employer engagement and repeat hiring rate.

Student placement success rate.

Placement process turnaround time and candidate satisfaction.
