- Prepare accurate architectural, structural and MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop GFC, working, shop and detailed construction drawings .
- Revise drawings based on consultant, architect and site feedback .
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify clashes or inconsistencies before issue.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, revision records and drawing registers .
- Verify dimensions, levels, layouts and technical details before submission.
- Support project teams with drawing-related clarifications during site execution.
- Maintain proper version control, documentation and timely issuance of drawings .
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience in construction / real estate projects.
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing and coordination .
- Ability to independently read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- High attention to accuracy, detailing and deadlines .
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit / BIM .
- Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers and site teams.
