Draftsman Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 Years Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate architectural, structural and MEP drawings in AutoCAD. Develop GFC, working, shop and detailed construction drawings . Revise drawings based on consultant, architect and site feedback . Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify clashes or inconsistencies before issue. Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, revision records and drawing registers . Verify dimensions, levels, layouts and technical details before submission. Support project teams with drawing-related clarifications during site execution. Maintain proper version control, documentation and timely issuance of drawings .



Mandatory Requirements 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience in construction / real estate projects. AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory. Robust understanding of construction drawings, detailing and coordination . Ability to independently read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings. High attention to accuracy, detailing and deadlines . Preferred Working knowledge of Revit / BIM . Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers and site teams. This makes the eligibility tighter and should help reduce irrelevant applications.
