Eligibility

✔ Candidates Only

✔ 1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service / Order Management

✔ Excellent English Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, tracking, and delivery

✅ Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

✅ Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items

✅ Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve order-related issues

✅ Analyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating when required

✅ Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

✅ Accurately enter and maintain customer order records

Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
